Description
Filler
2K epoxy filler with high film thickness. Its lightness allows you to shape surfaces without jeopardising the boat’s final weight. It features excellent adhesion and flexibility and is especially suitable for filling large surface imperfections. Usable in the yacht field both above and under the waterline.
Suitable for steel, aluminium, fibreglass and stabilised wood, suitably primed.
The balanced viscosity of part A and of part B facilitates product mixing and workability.
Colour
The mixed product is aquamarine-turquoise
S25093 Plaster 5000 H.P. SOLUZIONE A - yellow
S25094 Plaster 5000 H.P. SOLUZIONE B - blue
Characteristics
· Easy mixing
· Excellent elasticity
· Low specific weight
· Good vertical hold
· Good sanding
Specific weight: 0,60 ± 0,05 g/ml
Hardness shore D > 47
Substrate preparation
Stoppani epoxy primers
Dry sand with p 280-320 paper
Application
Knifing.
Avoid applications at temperatures below 10°C and above 35°C.
At low temperatures avoid environments with high humidity, as a superficial sticky layer could form, making sanding difficult.

S25094 PLASTER 5000 H.P. PART B | 1000 ml |
N° of knifing: 1+1 of refinish
Recommended film thickness: not over 2cm per layer
Theoretical coverage A + B : 0,2 m2 for 1l at 5 mm film thickness
Interval between coats: min. 24 h at 20°C
Drying

Time of use of the mixture * | 90’ | 60’ | 30’ |
Sanding after | min. 48 h | min. 24 h | min. 12 h |
Through-drying | 8 days | 4 days | 2 days |
*The time of use is affected by the product volume prepared; larger quantities get warmer and have a shorter usage time. It is recommended to expand the product mass prepared, so as to increase its surface and to facilitate its cooling.
** At low temperatures the product has a higher viscosity; to make it more workable, warm up the single components by a few minutes immersion in hot water before mixing.
